In the description says that you can switch between red light only blue light only or red and blue light but it only has on/off switch how do I switch

Yes, to switch between the different lights using the on/off switch button, you need to press the button once, twice, or thrice, depending on the light mode you want to activate. For example, to activate the blue light mode, press the on/off switch button once. To activate the red and blue light mode, press the button twice. And to activate the red light only mode, press the button thrice. The light also has a memory feature that will remember the last mode used, so it will automatically turn on in that mode the next time you use it.
